Lancesoft is seeking a contingent LVN/LPN for a part-time, seasonal MinuteClinic assignment in Fuquay Varina, NC. The role is a contract position with W2 pay between $34.00 and $37.15 per hour, working clinic hours and every other weekend, with training and orientation followed by six-week blocks.

The LVN/LPN will deliver high-quality patient care under Epic EMR, with duties including medication administration, vital signs, assessments, and coordinating with the care team.

Qualificações

• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
• Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; Epic experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate complex patient conditions and document responses.
• Monitor vital signs and identify abnormalities.
• Conduct routine assessments and monitor overall well-being.
• Assist patients with access to healthcare and connect to community resources.
• Review medications for interactions and side effects.
• Document medical history in electronic health records.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic.
