Qualifications

• 1+ year in financial services, accounting, or analytical analysis or a BS/BA degree or higher
• Basic Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and search tools

Responsibilities

• Process routine to moderately complex transactions or reconciliations for loan or security payments
• Provide remittance and correction information to servicers; monitor pooled loans for non-compliance
• Communicate with investors and servicers; review servicer reports for accuracy
• Create EUCTs: Excel spreadsheets and Access database formulas at deal inception and maintain EUCTs
• Contribute to system enhancements and participate in testing and user group activities
• Work with other departments to interpret controlling legal documents and collateral or bond payments
