Job summary

BluMetric is seeking an Operator Field Technician for temporary assignments supporting operation skills on water and wastewater treatment projects. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel on short notice, mostly to the Caribbean. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operation and maintenance of SWRO treatment systems, and experience in sewage treatment plants, preferably MBR.

Responsibilities include setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water treatment systems. Key qualifications include a technical diploma, minimum 2 years of relevant experience, and strong troubleshooting skills. A valid driver's license and certification in water treatment are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a field technician or operations role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions.
• Knowledge of OSHA or relevant safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, installation, and commissioning of water treatment systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on water treatment equipment.
• Monitor system performance, collect samples, and record operational data.
