Job summary

Helion Group is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our West Lawn, IL facility. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment and support production teams to keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires experience in an industrial plant, ability to read blueprints and schematics, and hands-on troubleshooting of 480V systems, pumps, gearboxes, and vacuum pumps.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Capable of independent work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems with schematics, meters, circuit tracing, and motor wiring up to 480V.
• Repair and maintain pumps, gearboxes, vacuum pumps, bearings, and shafts.
• Complete PMs, projects, line calls, and breakdown repairs while supporting production.
• Collaborate with other mechanics and operators.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple trades to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
