Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in adapting teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Familiarity with language assessment tools and educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide two 90-minute ESOL classes per week for 24 weeks at the Homestead, FL office.
• Plan and deliver engaging ESOL lessons for diverse adult learners.
• Assess language skills and tailor lesson plans to individuals.
• Create an inclusive learning environment encouraging participation and culture exchange.
• Utilize diverse teaching methods and technology to enhance listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with Learning & Organizational Development and People Partners on objectives and strategies.
• Stay current with language teaching methodologies and integrate relevant approaches.
• Maintain records of progress and attendance.
