Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure cohesive care.
• Document care accurately and promptly in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and family on diagnoses, interventions, and post‑care instructions.
• Uphold infection prevention and safety protocols at all times.
