The Contract Enablement Manager works closely with Public Sector sales professionals and leadership to drive success through dynamic communication, the promotion and reinforcement of compliant profitability practices, and the development of sales knowledge aligned with key business initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Public Sector Contract Enablement and plays a critical role in supporting contract strategy, education, and profitability initiatives across the organization.
Continuously develop expertise in Public Sector initiatives, areas for improvement, profitability growth opportunities, and impactful communication strategies. Build, manage, and communicate best practices that promote optimal profitability through contract education and reinforcement. Develop clear communications, announcements, templates, and training materials that directly support sales and contract success. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders involved in the support and management of Public Sector contracts. Implement contract reinforcement and education strategies for targeted contracts. Help prevent customer satisfaction issues through proactive communication, best-practice guidance, and reinforcement. Support the pricing team by developing and delivering reinforcement training programs that promote maximum profitability. Provide consultative support on strategic opportunities to directly impact profitability. Develop and support contract-related announcements through both internal and external communication channels. Support strategic Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for non-consortia contracts. Provide support for the Contract Library application, including system connections and related initiatives. Create and maintain state-specific and business unit-specific internal contract guides. Develop communication and education strategies that enhance the overall sales experience. Create, maintain, and facilitate recurring functional training programs for Public Sector sellers focused on strategic non-consortia contracts. Demonstrate a professional presence and effectiveness in all levels of communication.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000-$100,000 which includes a base salary.
The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
