Job summary

ManpowerGroup client, a leading aerospace and advanced technology company, seeks an Electronics and Electromechanical Technician Contractor in Roseville, CA. You will join Engineering, Prototype Development and Test Lab Teams, performing precision soldering and assembly, and supporting testing equipment development.

The role requires electronics certification or an appropriate technical degree, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and familiarity with Windows-based software and lab

Qualifications

• Technical degree or certification in Electronics; CIS soldering certification preferred.
• Experience with precision soldering, PCB assembly, and electronic troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of lab equipment, computer hardware, networking equipment, and cabling techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering, rework, and repair of fine-pitch surface mount components on dense PCBAs.
• Assist with prototype assembly, fabrication, and development of testing equipment.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including material handling, storage, and documentation.
• Maintain laboratory inventory, calibration schedules, supplies, and compliance with ESD and safety protocols.
• Install and move computer systems, servers, switches, perform cabling, conduct firmware upgrades, and initiate test regressions.
