Job summary

Xenter is seeking a patient-focused EEG/Audiometry Technician to join our clinical team in Tucson, AZ.

You will schedule patients, prepare them for tests, attach electrodes, operate EEG, HCU and audiometry equipment, and ensure accurate data collection.

Completion of an MA, Phlebotomy, or Vocational Nursing program is required. Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Completion of MA, Phlebotomy, or Vocational/Practical Nurse program.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with EEG, HCU and audiometry procedures is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and ensure completion of testing per protocol.
• Prepare patients for EEG and audiometry procedures and obtain cooperation.
• Attach electrodes accurately according to standardized protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust for safety and data quality.
• Operate EEG, HCU, and audiometry equipment to capture recordings.
• Maintain documentation compliant with HIPAA standards.
• Generate patient reports for neurologists or physicians.
• Clean testing equipment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Transport equipment between clinics as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment to maintain clinic workflow.
