Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• 1-2 years of Project Coordination experience required.
• Experience coordinating Physical Security projects (Door Access, CCTV, alarms) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project work orders based on priorities and resources.
• Coordinate with vendors, onsite contacts, and other trades to meet timelines.
• Track and close-out work orders and submit billing promptly with proper documentation.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Provide proactive updates to stakeholders and ensure successful completion of each work order.
