Job summary

Form3 is seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst to develop a scalable, accessible reporting capability across the organisation. The role focuses on completing and enhancing the Customer Service reporting suite in AWS QuickSight and building trusted, reusable datasets for self-service reporting.

The ideal candidate will translate stakeholder questions into clear data requirements, automate manual reporting, and document governance and data quality improvements to support a longer-term reporting

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building dashboards with AWS QuickSight or similar BI tool.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and reporting.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and translating requirements into maintainable reports.
• Self-sufficient with ownership and delivery within a six-month engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and document reusable datasets for reporting across teams.
• Complete and enhance Customer Service reporting suite in AWS QuickSight.
• Translate stakeholder questions into clear data and dashboard requirements.
• Automate manual reporting and improve data quality and governance.
• Validate outputs and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
