Job summary

Form3 is seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst for a six-month fixed-term contract to strengthen the organisation's reporting capabilities. The role focuses on completing the Customer Service reporting suite in AWS QuickSight, and building trusted, reusable data sets for cross-team self-service reporting.

You will collaborate across the business to improve data quality, reduce manual reporting, and document governance and knowledge transfer for future reporting roadmaps, with remote-first working

Qualifications

• Experience in a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst or BI Analyst role.
• Hands-on dashboard development with AWS QuickSight or similar BI tools.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for reporting and data transformation.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources into curated datasets.
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and able to deliver within a six-month engagement.
• Experience with Amazon Athena or similar cloud data querying service.
• Ability to create curated datasets for self-service reporting.
• Strong data quality, governance and technical documentation practices.
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments with broad ownership.

Responsibilities

• Complete and enhance the Customer Service reporting suite in AWS QuickSight.
• Design, build and document reusable datasets for multiple reporting use cases.
• Integrate key business systems into curated reporting datasets.
• Translate stakeholder questions into clear data and dashboard requirements.
• Establish consistent metrics, definitions and reporting logic.
• Automate manual reporting and reduce duplicated data preparation where possible.
• Validate reporting outputs and investigate data-quality issues.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and support a longer-term reporting roadmap.
