Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center in Saginaw, TX is seeking a Merchandising Assistant to support the Supply Chain Team. The role focuses on data entry for sales and purchase contracts, and provides customer service to suppliers and customers.

Candidates should have an associates degree or grain accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and solid computer skills including Microsoft Excel. The position is full-time with a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree and/or Grain Accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Tableau is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Daily data entry into contract management system, creating sales and purchase contracts and inputting shipment data.
• Reconcile contract balances with suppliers and customers throughout contract terms.
• Assist in development and maintenance of reports from the contract management system.
• Reconcile and balance futures, options with cash positions.
• Provide backup to the Accounting Department as needed.
