Soliant is seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse to deliver perioperative care in a high-stakes cardiac operating room. An active RN license and a minimum of 2 years CVOR experience are required for this contract position.

You will work with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to maintain sterile procedures, perform preoperative assessments, operate CVOR equipment, and document in EMR while upholding infection control and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years CVOR nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications current.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and OR protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and techs to maintain sterile procedures.
• Conduct preoperative assessments and monitor postoperative recovery.
• Operate and monitor CVOR surgical equipment.
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Document clearly in EMR systems.
• Participate in case reviews and debriefings to support quality assurance.
