Qualifications

• Experience creating instructor-led or online curricula and training materials.
• Understanding of adult-learning principles and learning objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete, turnkey training courses from scope to deliverables.
• Review, update, and modernize existing courses as standards shift.
• Create course packages including outlines, lesson plans, manuals, and assessments.
• Develop online courses in Rise 360 with structure, interactions, and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and stay within scope.
