Job summary

Cynet Health seeks a Certified Surgical Tech for 13 weeks in the operating room. The CST will support surgeons by maintaining sterile fields, preparing instruments, and ensuring equipment is ready for use.

Requires 2+ years CST experience, Level 2 Trauma experience, and proficiency across Orthopedic, Vascular, Neuro, General/Gynecological, and Urology procedures. Active NBSTSA certification and BLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CST experience required.
• Level 2 Trauma experience required.
• Proficient in Orthopedic, Vascular, Neuro, General/Gynecological, and Urology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile field and prepare supplies for procedures.
• Assist in keeping accurate account of medications, sharps, instruments, and sponges.
• Ensure equipment and instruments are sterile and functioning for procedures.
• Adapt to call requirements, including 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month.
