Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to lead SCI/SAP security operations for AFMS 3.0 TO16 within VJETTS environments. You will manage personnel security programs, maintain records, and coordinate with ISSMs/ISOs to ensure compliance across SCIF/SAPF facilities.

This role requires DoD clearance and the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI eligibility. The position involves supporting inspections, accreditation, and RMF documentation, plus occasional travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with Top Secret/SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of industrial security experience or HS diploma with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in SCI/SAP security administration and DoD guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCI/SAP nomination packages, indoctrinations, and vetting requirements.
• Maintain security records and support visits via DISS and VARs.
• Maintain PALs and all SCI/SAP security documentation.
• Track clearance eligibility and reinvestigations.
• Support inspections, audits, and RMF documentation.
