Toyota, via Magnit Direct Sourcing, is hiring a Cost Analyst for a 12-month contract in San Antonio, Texas. The position is on-site with a pay rate of $35.00–$40.00 per hour and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.

Key duties include cost planning and estimating, quantity takeoffs from drawings and BIM, value engineering, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, change order management, and project closeout. An Associate degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning: develop estimates for design phases and establish baseline budgets and CBS.
• Quantity takeoffs from drawings, specs, and BIM models.
• Lead VE analyses to identify cost-saving alternatives while maintaining design intent.
• Budget tracking and earned value management to monitor expenditures and VAC/EAC.
• Forecast cash flow and manage draw schedules; audit change orders and negotiate pricing.
• Review pay applications and lien waivers; perform final subcontractor reconciliation.
