Job Description

1. Client Company provides contract development and customer support services to key healthcare customers, including hospital systems, group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government healthcare institutions. The company also offers contract management, logistics, and supply chain functions for major franchises.
2. The Commercial Payments team is responsible for the compliant, accurate, and timely calculation and processing of payments for multiple operating companies within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Consumer sectors.
3. This individual will review and synthesize large quantities of contractual material, capturing the pertinent terms and conditions of the Commercial Payments team’s payment obligations. Developing a means to track these terms will be required once they are identified.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 5 years of experience with various contract management systems and/or healthcare contracting policies is required.
• Ability to review and synthesize large quantities of contractual material is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, hands-on professional with initiative is required.
• Understanding of systems and databases is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Willingness and ability to work in Piscataway, NJ, is required.
