Job Description

Duration: 6 Months+ (Contract To Hire)

Position Responsibilities

• Clinical position involving contacting patients via telephone to obtain information on current status, medications, and dietary restrictions.
• Updating patient records and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Reporting patient statuses to supervising RN.
• Reporting directly to the PASS Administrative Supervisor.
• Data entry of patient information in dedicated software.
• Reporting patient enrollment status to supervising Nurse Specialist.
• Sending out program overview mailers to new enrollees.
• Faxing as directed.
• Performing other projects as required and assigned by the PASS Administrative Supervisor.

Education Required

High school diploma.

Experience

Minimum one-year customer service or HUC related experience.
