Job summary

Lovable is seeking a contract Content Designer to own copy inside the product and on the website. You will craft onboarding, empty states, and error messages, partnering with PMM and an external design partner on lovable.dev. This is a full-time engagement.

You will help ensure Lovable speaks with a single voice across product and marketing pages, while collaborating closely with design and product teams to ship copy that clarifies complex workflows and drives user engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content design or UX writing.
• Portfolio showing in-product and marketing copy work.
• Real in-product examples (onboarding, empty states, error messages).
• Strong point of view on brand voice with copy examples.
• Ability to work with design teams and an external agency.

Responsibilities

• Own copy in moments that drive user decisions (onboarding, empty states, upgrade prompts).
• Name features and surfaces to align product vocabulary.
• Write copy for marketing pages with PMM to reflect GTM messaging.
• Collaborate with external design partner on content hierarchy and navigation.
• Diagnose pages to improve hierarchy, scannability, and clarity.
• Embed with marketing and design teams to align messaging decisions.
