Lovable seeks an exceptional Brand Designer to own the visual direction of our website, shaping how Lovable looks, feels, and communicates online. You will work closely with design engineering and marketing to turn ideas into world-class web experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with shipped websites.
• Portfolio showing landing pages, brand systems, or marketing sites.
• Sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and motion.
• Comfort designing directly for the web with real breakpoints and constraints.
• Ability to systematise creative choices in design systems.
• Experience partnering with design engineers to produce production-ready work.
• Experience shipping designs to production, possibly with AI assistance.
• Have a point of view on where web design is headed and push for something unexpected.
• Candidates prioritised in New York, with consideration for London or Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Design landing pages, campaign sites, and web experiences that stop scrolling.
• Set and evolve the visual language for lovable.dev—typography, layout systems, imagery, motion principles.
• Collaborate with design engineering to translate explorations into scalable, web-native implementations.
• Work with marketing and brand to tell the right story at launches and campaigns.
• Build and maintain a visual system that keeps site consistency with room for creative surprises.
• Maintain high craft quality under deadline pressure.
• Help define what 'world-class' looks like for marketing sites.
