At Dycom, as a Contract Compliance and Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in reviewing contracts and assessing their potential impact on RFP and Bid responses, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client and business expectations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate risks, identify operational concerns early, and ensure all contracts support sustainable project execution. Your responsibilities include routing contracts through an internal review process and following up as needed.

What you’ll do as a Contract Compliance and Operations Manager

• Manage and coordinate the contract review and approval process across multiple internal stakeholders
• Review contracts from an operational perspective to identify potential risks, informing bid and RFP responses
• Ensure contract language aligns with company capabilities and subsidiary operations
• Partner with legal, operations, and finance teams to ensure contract terms are executable, consistent, and beneficial
• Maintain a repository of contract templates and language standards for consistency
• Track contract status and follow up to meet timelines and milestones
• Work closely with client contacts to clarify expectations, manage scope, and maintain alignment during bidding
• Identify common contract issues and develop process improvements for continuous enhancement
• Develop expertise in subsidiary structures and how contract language impacts downstream operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Legal Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in Telecom, contract administration, project management, or related roles
• Deep understanding of contract terms, risk identification, and bid review processes
• Strong operational background to assess feasibility and downstream impacts
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with legal, operations, and finance teams
• Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, or Google Sheets preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• Occasionally: attend on-site meetings or vendor/client visits
