Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in communications, PR or marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Teams; familiarity with AI, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat.
2+ years supporting communications in a corporate or agency setting.
Experience with AP Style.
Familiarity with renewable energy or utility industry communications helpful.

Responsibilities

Help develop and implement communication plans, key messages and campaigns to support goals.
Draft and edit content for multiple channels, including print ads, event invitations or notices, presentations, and internal communications.
Support the coordination and logistics of events and meetings.
Help monitor media coverage and team member feedback and help prepare reports on communications effectiveness.
Provide administrative and project support to senior communications team members.
Help gather information to inform messaging and campaign development.
