Fresh Start Cleaning is seeking experienced self‑employed house cleaners to join as independent subcontractors in Bremerton, WA and surrounding areas. You will handle various cleaning projects and manage your own schedule, supplies, and transportation.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and support in building a steady client base while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. Candidates must pass a background check and maintain liability coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional cleaning experience.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough work.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential properties, including Deep Cleans, Standard Cleans, Move‑In/Move‑Out Cleans, and Post‑Construction Cleans.
• Monitor and respond to job requests on a daily basis.
• Must supply and maintain your own cleaning products and equipment.
• Communicate professionally via phone and email.
• Must have reliable form of transportation to and from job sites.
• Maintain general liability insurance and provide proof of coverage.
• Stand behind your work quality and complete touch‑ups if requested.
• Present yourself professionally at all times.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.
