Fresh Xpress Facility Services is seeking a dependable Commercial Cleaner to service one client location in Maryland. This part-time role features a fixed weekly schedule and each visit lasts about 2 hours, totaling roughly 6 hours per week.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and common areas, trash removal, replenishing supplies, operating a floor scrubber, and following the site checklist with attention to detail. In-person work only.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience operating a floor scrubber strongly preferred.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Detail-oriented approach to cleaning.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Ability to follow a cleaning checklist and complete all duties.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, push equipment and lift cleaning supplies.

Job Overview

Fresh Xpress Facility Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to service one of our client locations.

This is a part-time position with a consistent schedule. Each service takes approximately 2 hours.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 AM start
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM start
• Friday: 7:00 AM start
• Approximately 2 hours per service
• Approximately 6 hours per week

Applicants must be able to consistently work all three scheduled service days.

Duties

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Operate a commercial floor scrubber during scheduled services
• Properly use and handle cleaning chemicals
• Follow the location’s cleaning checklist and scope of work
