Fresh Start Cleaning in Tacoma, WA is seeking experienced, self-employed house cleaners to join as independent subcontractors on cleaning projects. You will handle Deep Cleans, Move-In/Move-Out, Post-Construction, and standard residential cleanings, using your own tools and supplies.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional cleaning experience, work independently, and manage time effectively while delivering thorough results.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough work.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential properties including Deep Cleans, Standard Cleans, Move-In/Move-Out Cleans, and Post-Construction Cleans.
• Monitor and respond to job requests on a daily basis.
• Must supply and maintain your own cleaning products and equipment.
• Communicate professionally via phone and email.
• Must have reliable form of transportation to and from job sites.
• Maintain general liability insurance and provide proof of coverage.
• Stand behind your work quality and complete touch-ups if requested.
• Present yourself professionally at all times.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.
