Job summary

Stealth Entry Cybersecurity Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Ohio Department of Public Safety. This is a hybrid role based at 1970 West Broad Street, Columbus, OH, with onsite work every third day and remote otherwise.

You will plan workshops, develop BPMN workflows, write business and functional requirements, capture stakeholder needs, and maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure delivery aligns with ODPS objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years of relevant business analysis experience.
• Experience with formal requirements gathering methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead facilitated workshops for requirements analysis.
• Build process workflows using BPMN.
• Develop Business Requirements, including project initiation, outcomes, and quality measures.
• Write Functional Requirements to meet business needs.
• Capture and interpret User Requirements to guide design and testing.
• Define non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and usability.
• Create Report Specifications detailing purpose, attributes, and parameters.
• Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix across project stages.
