Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a contract role starting at 5-10 hours per month with potential to increase. The position requires BCBA certification and experience with behavioral interventions, supporting individuals and their families in a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, coordinating with supervisors and staff, scheduling visits, and ensuring program fidelity through data collection

Qualifications

• Experience with behavioral intervention and/or strong grounding in learning theory.
• Ability to work with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors, staff, family, and guardians.
• Provide schedule planning for appointments, home visits, and observations.
• Perform home visits and ensure program implementation is followed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share progress.
• Complete monthly/quarterly progress notes and attend related meetings.
• Provide training to staff to ensure proper program implementation and documentation.
• Follow-up visits and ongoing support for individuals’ needs.
