Job summary

Choices Coordinated Care Solutions in Mississippi is seeking a contractor to provide evidence-based therapy to youth diagnosed with an SED and who would benefit from mental health counseling. The contractor must possess certification/licensure as PCMHT/CMHT, LMFTA, P-LPC or LMSW and will coordinate clinical information while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related field; at least two years of full-time mental health counseling or case management.
• Mississippi license strongly preferred (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Psychologist).

Responsibilities

• Provide a continuum of behavioral health services across levels of care.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Assess and reassess clients according to the approved treatment schedule.
• Complete professional client documentation in accordance with service requirements.
• Provide professional crisis intervention services meeting Mississippi standards.
• Ensure administrative efficiency, quality and cost-effective behavioral health service provision.
• Participate in critical incident debriefs related to assigned clients.
