PsychPros, Inc. seeks a Youth Therapist to provide community-based mental health services in McComb, MS. This full-time role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and active certification or license within 30 days.

The role includes individual, family, and group therapy, comprehensive assessments, crisis planning, and Wrap-Around coordination, with some remote work and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social/behavioral health fields is required.
• Licensure or certification within 30 days of employment is required.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience with youth with serious emotional disturbances.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance; willing to use personal vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Deliver all mental health services (individual, family, group therapy; substance abuse treatment).
• Complete required clinical assessments.
• Oversee crisis management plan and Wrap-Around meetings with Primary Service Coordinator.
• Provide targeted clinical interventions based on youth needs from assessments and plans.
• Complete assessments and case documentation timely as per program requirements.
• Provide around-the-clock on-call support for child/family.

We are currently recruiting for a youth therapist to work full-time with youth who have a serious mental health or behavioral health condition and their families. The therapist will provide 100% of services in the community.
