The Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute, the only Federally Recognized Center of Excellence south of Chicago, is adding a Contract Attorney to our growing organization! The Contract Attorney is responsible for the development, drafting, negotiation, and processing of contracts pertaining to BCDI operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. He or she will work closely with the COO and internal and external stakeholders to draft, review, negotiate, and process contracts. He or she will liaise with COO, CFO, and other primary stakeholders on evaluation of the financial impact of negotiated contracts. The Contract Attorney will establish trusted relationships with outside counsel, colleagues, research partners, vendors, consultants, and government agencies through proactive communication and a commitment to exceeding expectations and will advise employees on legal and compliance issues related to BCDI operations.

Salary Range for this Position is: $100,000 - $120,000
