Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a CAATE-accredited AT program.
• BOC certification and Ohio licensure are required.
• 2–5 years of athletic trainer experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training services for student-athletes and teams.
• Evaluate injuries and determine readiness to practice and compete.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation plans for injured athletes.
• Manage and operate the Athletic Training Facility efficiently.
• Collaborate with team physicians on medical referrals.
• Maintain inventory and budget for the athletic training room.
• Ensure safety protocols and documentation with Healthy Roster.
