Job summary

You will support API-based integration using Azure API Management and Postman, maintain documentation and trackers, and coordinate with stakeholders through design, testing, and implementation while ensuring information security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years in IT projects and 3 years in business systems analysis.
• At least 3 years of data exchange, EDI, or API-based integration projects.
• Experience with REST API requirements and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications and Azure API Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define functional and system requirements for IT solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including REST API requirements and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
• Support API-based integration and data exchange initiatives, using Azure API Management and Postman for documentation, testing, and validation.
• Develop and maintain requirements trackers, API documentation, companion guides, business cases, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout solution design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support while ensuring compliance with information security policies.
