Job summary

Construction Resources Management, Inc. is seeking a Contract Analyst to review, edit, and negotiate contracts for their companies. This role involves analyzing service agreements, drafting agreements, and conducting legal research.

Job description

Position: Under the direction of the Corporate Counsel, the Contract Analyst will review, analyze, edit and negotiate all incoming and outgoing contracts for our family of five companies.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Review subcontracts, service, access, and material agreements; equipment rental agreements, pre-bid reviews, internal contract templates, and other legal contracts and agreements.
  • Assist with drafting agreements using standard templates.
  • Conduct legal and governmental research.
Requirements
  • Paralegal Degree or Certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, conflict management, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using DocuSign and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong sense of urgency; good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing needs of the legal department while managing a high volume of work.
