Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary interface with customer for contractual issues; monitor contract and program obligations.
Participate in contract proposal preparation, negotiations, administration, and closeout.
Develop solutions to routine and complex contractual matters to ensure compliance.
Ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables and invoices.
Enter and maintain contract data in contract management/ERP systems.
