Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in proposal preparation, contract negotiations and contract administration.
• Act as primary interface with customers on contractual issues and maintain program obligations.
• Review terms and conditions and manage contract changes to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Prepare written communications and maintain contract data in CM/Accounting systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables and invoicing.
