The role supports the Submarine New Construction group and may operate within Virginia or Columbia groups, requiring strong communication with diverse stakeholders and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years exempt experience (or equivalent) required.
• Master's Degree with 4+ years relevant experience acceptable.
• Equivalent certifications or military/Navy programs may satisfy minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts.
• Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities.
• Examines estimates of material, equipment, services, production costs, performance requirements and delivery schedules.
• Prepares bids; processes specifications, progress and other reports; advises management of rights and obligations; maintains historical information.
