Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in or interest in learning contract/subcontract administration, preferably in defense.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts including government and subcontract agreements.
• Manage contract modifications, extensions, and renewals.
• Monitor contract performance and deliverables for compliance.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and other government regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with government representatives.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and provide guidance on terms.
• Prepare and maintain contract documentation and timely reports.
