Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in contract administration, construction administration, project coordination, and procurement.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, change order processes, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with commercial construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of prime contracts and service contracts.
• Coordinate project setup requirements including billing and compliance documentation.
• Review contract terms and identify potential risks.
