Location: Richardson, TX
Duration: 6+ Months (Temporary – Maternity Leave Coverage through End of August)
Compensation: $28–$35/hr
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Remote on Fridays)
Work Authorization: US Citizens, Green Card Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator for a temporary assignment supporting our legal team during a short-term leave. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering contracts within a legal or corporate setting. This role requires strong organizational skills, comfort with contract lifecycle management systems (CLM), and effective communication with both legal and business teams.
Primary ResponsibilitiesAdminister and process contracts through the company’s CLM system (Intellagree or similar)
Intake and assign incoming contracts for review and approval
Maintain contract records, updates, and archiving within the system
Perform data clean-up and ongoing maintenance of contract database
Support system administrative tasks related to contract management
Generate and maintain Certificates of Insurance
Assist with monthly reporting requirements
Coordinate with legal team members and occasionally with business users for contract-related matters
2+ years of experience in contract administration or legal administrative support
Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle and documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel – basic formatting skills required)
Experience manipulating PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat
Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with contract management systems (Intellagree preferred, but not required)
Previous experience supporting a legal department
