Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Contract Administrator in New York City to convert executed contracts into actionable tasks. You will review agreements, identify obligations and deadlines, map requirements to business goals, and drive post-award issues to resolution in partnership with client advocates and legal counsel.

You will be the main point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers during amendments, notices, renewals, and other post-award matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contracting experience in enterprise software/SaaS or government space.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and Salesforce.
• Ability to administer legal agreements and support onboarding.
• Familiarity with cooperative purchasing agreements and complex sales processes.
• Strong executive-level written communication and relationship management.
• Located in New York City and willing to come to the office 4 days/week.

Role

As a Contract Administrator, you will turn executed contracts into clear, coordinated action. You will review agreements, identify obligations and deadlines, map requirements to business goals, and drive post-award administration issues through resolution in partnership with client advocates, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.You will become an essential point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers as they navigate amendments, notices, renewals, and other post-award matters. In this role, you will manage 300+ active contracts and orders, own the critical renewal opportunities, and keep action items, milestones, status, and next steps documented in Salesforce.

• You are deeply familiar with contracts and the contracting process within the US Federal, state and local government.
• You are a skilled communicator who can clearly explain and shape customer understanding of our different contract options, the purpose and value of all aspects of a contract’s terms, and guide them through the contracting process with Peregrine.
• You are skilled at internal communications, allowing key stakeholders to clearly understand Peregrine’s options and associated tradeoffs to make the best decisions possible
• You excel at mitigating risk for the business while keeping a customer-first attitude.
• You are a skilled negotiator who can independently drive momentum and make clear, vetted trade-offs that benefit all.
• You enjoy guiding the customer over the finish line and are resilient and steadfast in your goals.
• You are passionate about exploring all possibilities, and seeing opportunities when others see obstructions.
• You are highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

What we look for

• 5+ years of contracting experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, state and local governments strongly preferred
• Experience using contract lifecycle management systems and customer relationship management software, Salesforce strongly preferred
• Ability and comfort in administering legal agreements with customers and supporting new customers through onboarding processes
• Experience utilizing direct contracting mechanisms and 3rd party contracting vehicles such as Cooperative Purchasing Agreements
• Familiarity with solution-based selling, experience in teaming with others to navigate a complex sales process
• Excellent executive-level written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Located in New York City, and willing to come into the office 4 days/week

Salary Range: $155,000 - $185,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
