Job summary

Pinnacle Technology seeks a Contracts Administrator to oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements. You will manage proposals, negotiations, and performance monitoring while supporting order management and customer communications.

The role requires 2+ years in contract administration, knowledge of FAR/DFAR preferred, and strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in contract administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of contract management principles and government contracting (FAR/DFAR preferred).
  • Experience managing full contract lifecycle (RFP to closeout).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and performance requirements.
  • Prepare and submit technically and commercially compliant proposals in response to RFPs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, finance, operations) to gather cost estimates, schedules, and technical inputs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions, and contract modifications in line with company policies and regulations (including USG FAR/DFAR, if applicable).
  • Monitor contract financial performance, delivery status, and identify out-of-scope changes.
  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact for assigned contracts and accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve customer claims, complaints, and contract-related issues.
  • Manage order entry, schedule updates, demand planning (S&OP), and PO/contract review.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and aerospace industry regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles.

Job Summary:

The Contracts Administrator manages moderately complex customer contracts and accounts, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements. This role oversees the full contract lifecycle—from proposal development and negotiation to performance monitoring and closeout—while also supporting order management and customer communication.
