Job summary

InterConnect Wiring, based in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Contract Administrator to manage contracts and pricing for aerospace wiring projects. The role covers customer interfaces, rapid order processing, and liaison with production to ensure timely completion.

The candidate will read specs, prepare multi-year proposals, and negotiate terms with customers, travel for meetings, and attend supplier conferences as needed. Fort Worth-based role with growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-going contracts to assure conformance with terms and conditions, on-time payment, and completion of requirements.
• Serve as primary customer interface for all contractual issues.
• Ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately.
• Ensure customer requests are acted upon quickly.
• Act as liaison between customers and production.
• Travel and meet with customers to negotiate future and existing contracts.
• Attend supplier conferences as InterConnect's representative.
• Calculate and submit pricing for engineering changes.

Job Description

Estimating

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and military specifications
• Gather, evaluate, and analyze data (using current and historical data) to develop quotes for customers
• Negotiate pricing and terms of conditions with customers
• Manage and coordinate the work of data entry personnel
• Write and develop multi-year, multi-million dollar proposals for our customers
