Job Description
NBCUniversal’s Vendor Operations Contract Administrator maintains the portfolio and data base of IT vendor hardware, software and professional services support contracts within the NBCU IT departments and provide comprehensive visibility and reporting on IT vendor spend, contracts and services. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in use of the ServiceNow contract management tool as well as Procurement or Sourcing practices that include contract management. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills to be able to navigate successfully among diverse internal groups like IT Operations, IT Engineering, Hosting, Telecom, Finance and Sourcing to capture contractual information that is common to all.
