Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Contract Administrator to join our Sports Medicine team. In this role, you will handle and manage contracts related to our Sports Med products. You will help make sure that all contracts follow legal rules and company policies. You’ll also work with different departments to reduce risks and help the company make smart financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, write, and negotiate contracts for materials, services, and partnerships.
  • Make sure all contracts follow laws and company rules.
  • Work closely with the sales, legal, finance, and compliance teams to protect the company’s interests.
  • Keep track of contract deadlines, renewals, changes, and cancellations.
  • Keep clear records of all contracts and communications for audits.
  • Help other teams understand contract rules and processes.
  • Create reports to check if customers are meeting their commitments.
  • Work with the sales team to fix any customer issues related to agreements.

Required Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in contract work, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
  • Good with Microsoft Office (like Word, Excel, Outlook) and online tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and great organization.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Able to manage several tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Can work well alone and as part of a team.
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
