Job summary

BD is seeking an Analyst 2, Customer Contract Administration, to support the lifecycle of customer contracts in a regulated, high-volume healthcare environment. You will maintain contract databases, process contract-related documentation, and assist with reporting and analysis.

You will collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and other internal groups to facilitate approvals, address discrepancies, and resolve issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related analytical role, preferably within a life sciences or healthcare environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and process customer contracts, amendments, and other related documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment to company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain and update contract management systems and databases with critical contract information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and other internal groups to facilitate contract approvals, address discrepancies, and resolve contract-related issues.
• Prepare and distribute contract summaries, reports, and analyses to support business decision-making and track contract performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of contract administration processes and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.

Education

BA/BS Degree preferred.
