Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) in Chantilly, VA, is seeking a Contract Admin Specialist to perform comprehensive contract administration activities supporting government programs.

The role emphasizes compliance with NAM/FAR, data calls, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph, a technical or business bachelor's degree, and at least four years of government contract experience.

  • Reports to Chantilly work location, up to full-time, based upon the needs of the client

Responsibilities

  • Provide general contract administration support.
  • Prepare data-call responses for Government approval.
  • Prepare reports as directed by the CO, Team Chief, or Senior Contracting Officer.
  • Adhere to contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and performance standards for areas of responsibility.
  • Interface with financial management systems such as FIRsT, NEAR Reports, and other financial management tools.
  • Maintain contract files in accordance with all required regulations.
  • Prepare contract award and modifications in accordance with NAM/FAR for CO review/signature into EPX, to include identifying appropriate solicitation and contract clauses.
  • Develop, edit, review, and maintain all contractual documentations, such as pre-negotiation and price negotiation memorandums, SOWs, Justifications and Approvals (J&A), acquisition plans, and other acquisition/contracting documents.
  • Collect and analyze relevant market information from Government and non-Government sources in order to identify possible sources; prepare Market Research reports.
  • Analyze and document cash flow consideration for acquisition.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend the appropriate contract type that meets all statutory requirements.
  • Recommend appropriate contracting methods based on customer requirement.
  • Identify the appropriate method to publicizing procurement.

The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA’s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. SPA has an immediate need for a Contract Admin Specialist.

Responsibilities

The key duties associated with this role include but are not limited to the following:

Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Virginia, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $120,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.
