Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline.
• 6 years of contract administration, contract management, contract development, or related experience (Experience can be satisfied by full time or prorated part time equivalent).
• Substitutions for Minimum Qualifications: Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year per year basis.

Responsibilities

• Review and process non-typical contracts.
• Support attorneys negotiating contracts.
• Maintain contract templates.
• Oversee and manage policy for advanced and complex contract duties.
• Define requirements and ensure compliance with policy, law, and contracting practices.
• Communicate with procurement staff, legal staff and management on contracting matters.
