Position: Contract Activation Analyst
The Contract Activation Analyst is responsible for administering Group Purchasing Org (GPO) and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) contracts within various cross-divisional systems, reviewing price discrepancies, processing price activations relative to these contracts, and managing GPO and IDN memberships.

What You Will Do
- Process LOCs (Letters of Commitment), GPO changes, and price applications; answer questions related to membership or GPO pricing eligibility.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and process owner for GPO membership, IDN membership, contract loading, and tiered pricing eligibility.
- Support Customer Solutions team members throughout the contract activation cycle.
- Collect and analyze data using Stryker's systems and databases.
- Provide analysis of customer information, including sales data, to evaluate LOC requests from external customers.
- Support contract audit requests with documentation and pricing data to validate GPO eligibility.
- Maintain GPO and IDN membership rosters, routinely auditing and updating them against Stryker’s coding standards.
- Assist in administering GPO and IDN contracts, maintaining pricing in revenue management and ERP systems, and generating reports.
- Continuously review processes and technology to identify improvements and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Manage relationships with internal teams such as Contracting and Customer Intelligence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contract lifecycle management, rebate & fee calculation tools (e.g., Model N), ERPs, and certifications in these areas.
- Experience in the medical devices and technology industry, and familiarity with compliance and administration functions.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $57,000 - $115,100 plus bonus and benefits including health, vision, dental, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and more. Actual salary depends on location, skills, and experience.
